Period of hiring:
- for a site: arrival as from 12 noon up to 6 p.m.; departure up to 10 a.m..
- for a hiring (of Saturday at Saturday):arrival as from 4 p.m. up to 8 p.m.; departure before 10 a.m..

The reservation becomes effective only after payment of the down payments and the reservation costs. A confirmation of your reservation will be send to you.
Any payment you make should refer to our reservation number.
Failure to do so could result in unavailability of your site/chalet/lodging

In the absence of any notice of the camper or the hirer, specifying that he/she want's to change the date of arrival , the object of the reservation becomes available on the agreed date and the down payments will be with the camp-site.

Down payments for any cancellation of reservation arriving after June 1, will not be refunded

The additional guests and people must be announced to the reception as of their arrival.

For the hiring of country cottage and lodging, the tenant commits himself paying the pay of the hiring at the time of his arrival. He will then be asked for a cheque of 200 € by way of guarantee which will be restored to him at the end of the stay for any hiring in perfect state. In the event of litigation, Management reserves the right to restore this guarantee only after the departure of the tenant in order to make note the inventory of fixtures. It is understood that the inventory of furniture, material and various is posted inside the hiring. All losses or damage would give place has compensation.

Any camper or hirer out is held to conform to the provisions of the rules of procedure of the camp-site which is distributed to him at the time of his arrival.

In the event of litigation, only the Commercial court of Aubenas will be qualified.
